Leighton Meester is not only setting trends on the hit show Gossip Girl as the bitchy Upper East-sider Blair Waldorf but the star is setting trends on the red carpet as well. Meester has been catching my eye all year. Her looks are always sexy with an edge. She loves to rock black but you can't go wrong with it and when she throws in spalshes of color it's always the right shade like the electric blue tank she wore at a recent event.
